Andy Wells, P.Eng., is Senior VP at KJA with 29 years of experience in the elevator industry. He is a Professional Engineer in Ontario and British Columbia, a Consulting Engineer in Ontario, a Class F Elevating Device Mechanic with TSSA, a Qualified Elevator Inspector through NAESA, and a Safety Codes Officer in Alberta.

Erica Gray
Director, Sales and Service · KJA
Sales and service leader with 14 years of elevator industry experience.
Erica Gray is Director of Sales and Service at KJA and has 14 years of experience in the elevator industry. She joined KJA in 2012 and has worked across consulting, client services, sales, marketing, and human resources. Erica currently provides executive oversight for KJA’s national accounts and account managers and supports the onboarding of new national clients and related services. Her experience includes business development, financial management, sales and marketing, account management, client relations, modernization project supervision, maintenance management, personnel support, mentoring, and client onboarding. Erica has also been involved in numerous vertical transportation projects across Canada and the U.S.
