Business Membership application is required
Applicants must submit a membership application before they can be considered for Business Membership. This helps TBMOA confirm that the applicant is applying as a business, supplier, contractor, vendor, consultant, or service provider supporting the building operations sector.
Business profile review
Business Membership applications must be reviewed by TBMOA to confirm the organization’s business activity, services, and relevance to building managers, operators, property managers, facility teams, or the broader building operations community.
Business details may be verified
TBMOA may request supporting information during the application process, such as company details, business website, service description, contact information, or other information related to the applicant’s role in the building operations sector.
Approval is required before activation
Business Membership becomes active only after the application has been reviewed and approved by TBMOA.
Payment follows approval
If a Business Membership fee applies, payment should be completed after the application is approved and before the membership is activated.
TBMOA may contact the business representative
TBMOA may contact the business representative during the review process to request clarification, confirm business details, or collect additional information before making a final decision.
