Individual Membership applications must be reviewed by TBMOA to confirm the applicant’s role, connection, or interest in building management, building operations, property management, facility management, or a related field.
Supporting information may be requested
TBMOA may request supporting information during the application process, such as employment details, role confirmation, professional background, or other information related to the applicant’s work in the building operations sector.
Approval is required before activation
Individual Membership becomes active only after the application has been reviewed and approved by TBMOA.
Payment follows approval
If an Individual Membership fee applies, payment should be completed after the application is approved and before the membership is activated.
